Since 2002 SOLMAR Rentals LLC has been renting vacation properties  to vacationers coming to the Cancun area. Our staff is very knowledgeable about the properties and the area. You can reserve in confidence that our staff will try to find a property to meet your needs and that they will work hard to make your stay an enjoyable one.  Each of the beachfront properties has a caretaker and often a maid/cook who live in separate buildings on the property. Generally, if desired, a cook can be arranged to prepare, serve and cleanup for as many meals as guests desire. Also, SOLMAR arranges for an English speaking Property Manager to meet guests at the property they have reserved upon their arrival. The Property Manager shows guests around the property and answers any questions that they might have.  All the properties are fully furnished, with bed linens, towels and maid service. They all have kitchens which include cooking utensils and tableware. Prior to guests' stay SOLMAR sends the guest a host of information about the property, area attractions, restaurants, menus, directions to stores, detailed directions on how to get to the property and telephone contact numbers.
