The first thing is to have fun and enjoy! We expect that our guests take care of the vacation rental property as they would their own home.
 | Please do not leave food out. Please
put food in the refrigerator in plastic bags or tupperware containers. Although
properties are fumigated regularly for bugs, leaving things out invites the
little critters. Before going to bed please rinse out the
dishes and pour out the half full beer bottles or glasses. Also, do not
leave food outside. This problem is for all
homes in the tropics!! |

ask
that when smoking that you use ashtrays and not throw cigarette butts on the patio, beach or
front yard. |
| Very Important!!! Be sure and close all windows if you are going to be away from the property, especially the windows and doors facing the beach. Brief rain showers have been known to occur here from out of no where. Otherwise, you could be returning to a soaked bed and etc. |
Again, the main agenda is to have fun and enjoy your stay at the vacation rental property and the Mayan Riviera. There is a lot to see and do or simply do nothing and relax.
