Rates are for occupancy of 1-4 guests, with a possibility of 8 additional guests

 

Notes concerning our rates:

Normal check-in time is after 12:00pm and check-out time is before 10:00am with arrivals on Saturdays and departures on Saturdays. However, there is considerable flexibility in the check-in and check-out times as well as scheduled arrival and departure dates to accommodate air travel schedules. Villa KAAN will make every effort to accommodate your schedule requirements.

Deposits

Your deposit must be received within 5 working days of the date of your booking request to confirm your reservation.

The deposit due is 50% of total to be paid upon reservation, confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit.  Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.  Exception: Full payment due 90 days prior to arrival for holiday season. 

 A security deposit  of $500 per week is required. Security deposit will be refunded upon completion of satisfactory inspection at departure. (Refund is generally made within 10 days of departure) see security deposit agreement.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received by e-mail in our office. The following assessments will apply on cancellations:

91+ days prior to arrival - 20% of rent
61 - 90 days prior to arrival - 50% of rent
Less than 60 days prior to arrival - 100% of rent
Christmas and New Years - 100% of rent
