Extra guests  over 6 at $50 per night or $300 for 6 nights and $350 for 7 nights

Notes concerning our rates:

Taxes and Fees:  12.5%
Gratuity/Tip:  Not required

Weekly rate is for 7 days and 6 nights or 8 days and 7 nights

Normal check-in time is after 12:00pm and check-out time is before 10:00am with arrivals on Sundays and departures on Saturdays. However, there is considerable flexibility in the check-in and check-out times as well as scheduled arrival and departure dates to accommodate air travel schedules. SOLMAR Rentals will make every effort to accommodate your schedule requirements.

Deposits

Your deposit must be received within 5 working days of the date of your booking request to confirm your reservation.

The deposit due is 50% of total to be paid upon reservation, confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit.  Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

 A security deposit  of $200 to cover damages (refund payment minus any charges) upon completion of inspection at departure to be made within 10 days) see security deposit agreement.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received by e-mail in our office. The following assessments will apply on cancellations:

91+ days prior to arrival - 20% of rent
61 - 90 days prior to arrival - 50% of rent
Less than 60 days prior to arrival - 100% of rent
Christmas and New Years - 100% of rent
