Reservation Contract

Reservation Instructions

  1. Complete the reservation form below,

  2. Check the box that you have read and agree to the Security Deposit Agreement and Deposit, Cancellation and Payment Information,

  3. Check payment box for either payment  by cashiers check, personal check, money order or bank transfer.

  4. Print a copy of completed form for your records,

  5. Press the send reservation button if making on-line reservation or fax completed reservation form to 858-964-4570.

  6. For payment send check or money order addressed to:  SOLMAR Rentals LLC along with completed copy of reservation form to:

  7. A  tentative reservation will be held upon receipt of completed reservation form or e-mail. If the reservation is accepted it will be acknowledged by e-mail and will be held for 5 working days,

  8. Reservations will be confirmed by e-mail upon receipt of deposit payment.

  9. Reservations are subject to the cancellation policy indicated in Deposit, Cancellation  and Payment Information under 2.0 above.

     

Quick Deposit Information

A 50% deposit is due before a reservation can be confirmed. A security deposit of  $200.00 is due with the final payment which will be completely refunded upon satisfactory completion of an inspection of the property generally within 10 working days.  We try to have it sent out the day after departure.

Note: Reservation form at this time works with Microsoft Internet Browser but may not work with some other browsers. If you experience problems using another browser you can change to Microsoft Internet Browser or copy, complete and fax reservation form.

we would like the information as soon as available to alert our staff as to your arrival.  A Property Manager will be meeting you at the property upon your arrival to show you around and to answer questions that you might have.

To Complete On line reservation press send reservation button 
or printout form and fax to 858-964-4570. Acceptance of the reservation will be sent usually by the end of next business day.  If you do not get a reply within 24 hours resend, call or fax. Accepted reservations will be held for 5 days but reservations can only be confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Note that if reservation is being made within 30 days of arrival full amount is due for confirmation.
