It is fully air-conditioned including kitchen and dining rooms,. It has WI-FI high speed internet, private pool, satellite TV, DVD, stereo and CD player. Situated on a 1200 square meter lot with over 75 feet of beach front, Villa KAAN can also be rented with two other villas to accommodate larger groups.
 

Centrally located on the outskirts of Puerto Morelos, a quaint little fishing village, the estate is a 15 to 20 minute drive North to Cancun Airport and the heart of Cancun or South to Playa del Carmen. These nearby resort areas offer a wide variety of shopping, dining, dancing and much more.

Villa KAAN uses quality towels and bed linens.  A full time staff provides maid, pool, gardening, beach cleaning and security services and will cater to your every need. Guests are greeted upon arrival by an English-speaking host to provide an introduction to the facilities and answer questions concerning your stay.
