I stayed here with a group of college friends for my spring break. The house had tons of room, and the pool and communal space were fantastic. The general areas were cleaned each day, and the cleaners never got in our way. The house is in a gated community, so we felt super safe. There is a small taco stand and grocery store just a couple of minutes' walk away, so any necessities were super easy to get. Would totally recommend this place to anyone.

We loved our stay at Artila! The building and unit were so lovely, modern, open and gave a peaceful feeling through out! We enjoyed both staying at the pool and beach and visiting places through out the island. The host was very attentive and helpful, especially with securing transportation to and from the island. I celebrated my 60 Birthday with 8 dear friends and family members. Everything was exceptional. The communication prior to arriving, the communication while we were there - everything top notch! Paola coordinated many events for us and made sure my guest were always happy. The restocking shopping top notch and The chefs were amazing and the food delicious. Juan the grounds keeper and Itzel the housekeeper Went above and beyond - I was very impressed with how they catered to my guest and made sure our rooms were clean and the both of them are jewels! Whatever we needed they provided. I will also say the house was everything and more than I expected and the best birthday week ever! I highly recommend this team and this home!

I typically refrain from booking with rental groups as they often treat you like a number rather than a guest. However, my experience with Solmarrentals was the complete opposite. Our host Rodolfo made us feel at home, provided suggestions and when we had needs for the house, he immediately responded and took care of our requests. The house itself is beautiful and spacious more than enough room for 9 guests. We even got to see an Alligator outside of the fenced backyard in lagune. The location is perfectly placed on the edge of Hotel Zone and provided perfect proximity to beaches and other attractions. I highly recommend staying here with big groups to enjoy a private and quiet home central to the beauty of all Cancun has to offer.

Amazing location. We traveled here during the unrest of the media in the US making it seems unsafe to travel. We had no issues. The location is well guarded and safe! Clean beaches and friendly staff. Amenities are well maintained. Our condo was spacious, clean, and we had everything we needed. We had a private chef hired through our concierge and a daily maid. Our view was amazing and a few short steps from the beach! Only thing to note would be the pool time for the main downstairs area closes at 8:00PM. Seems early for a travel destination. Perhaps 9:00-10:00? On the upside it’s quiet for those traveling with little ones; which we were so we appreciated that. We will be back!

This house is beautiful, extremely well maintained, full of amenities, and felt like home. The most exceptional part of our stay were the incredible people! Paola made us feel like part of the family, Rodo was super attentive, communicative, and flexible with our questions and private chef bookings. Best of all were Juan and Itza who we all were so sad to leave! They are so kind, helpful, and FUN! We will absolutely be back! Thank you for an amazing few days at your wonderful property !

My family and I celebrated my 35th birthday at this beautiful, private villa, and the entire experience was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well cared for. The housekeeping team was especially impressive. They kept the kitchen and common areas spotless throughout our stay, often anticipating our needs before we even mentioned them. One of the biggest highlights was the in‑house chef. Every meal was delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and reasonably priced. Enjoying incredible food paired with the stunning views around the property was truly something special. Another memorable moment was being able to walk straight from the pool down into the ocean: breathtaking! The master bedroom was also a dream; spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. In fact, the entire villa offered more than enough room. With six of us, we were extremely comfortable, and the space easily could have accommodated a couple more guests.

Truly an exceptional stay! The private balcony overlooking the clear water and Cancún in the distance just can’t compare to so many other stays on the island. The security offered peace of mind, the balcony pool offered privacy, and the beach offered the ultimate luxury. The pictures definitely reflect the reality. We found the location desirable as well- away from the busy streets of the north side of the island and a short drive to Punta Sur (though this makes it not really walkable). Having a text-based concierge was also a nice bonus in planning our trip and activities. 100% would recommend and stay again!

Enjoyed the condo. Was very clean. Liked that we had house shoes, crushed ice  and beach towels. That was a nice touch. The view was ok could've been better if we were on a higher floor and the trees weren't in the way. Very quiet area. Not too far away from restaurants. Loved the pool area with the hammocks on the beach and on water. All in all it was a good stay.
