Little Room

The room is located on the third floor, going up stairs, with an independent entrance from the house, we are located in the hotel zone, on the side of the lagoon, which is a very exclusive area, restaurants, pharmacy, mini supermarket, church, park for walking around the lagoon and in front of the pier.

Similarly, the room has a small kitchen where you can cook whatever you need at any time of the day.

Above the accommodation there is a Roof Garden which has a spectacular view over the entire hotel zone and the Nichupté lagoon, where you can sunbathe and enjoy a pleasant view.

In the hotel zone there is a beach everywhere, crossing the street you reach it. We recommend a couple that are our favorites: Playa Marlin and Playa Delfines. All beaches are public. Access to them is between the hotels.

The hotel zone has a boulevard 24 km long, with a lagoon on one side and the sea on the other. Our house is located at km 4 on the side of the lagoon. Crossing the street you can find the beach and on the corner you can take a bus to reach any place in the hotel zone. There are also taxis that can be ordered at the security booth of the condominium. There are security guards with a booth for the entrance and exit to the condominium 24 hours a day.

If you are interested in visiting Isla Mujeres, which is a beautiful island, you only have to cross the street after a 3-minute walk since there is a pier where you can take the ferry to cross to the island for $17US round trip. Most tourists are interested in visiting this island due to its beautiful beaches, in addition to eating fresh seafood on the seashore and the different activities that there are: snorkeling, golf cart rental to tour the island, among others. The most beautiful beach here is Punta Norte.
