The space
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with an independent entrance, located in the Hotel Zone, on the side of the lagoon, which is a very exclusive and safe area. Within a perimeter of 300 meters you'll find a 24/7 pharmacy, delicious restaurants, supermarkets, a church, starbucks and access to public transport where you can reach anywhere in the Hotel Zone quickly and safely.
Above the apartment there's a roof garden with a spectacular panoramic view over the entire Hotel Zone and Nichupté Lagoon.
Across the street you can take the ferry with which you can easily and quickly reach Isla Mujeres, a beautiful island with beaches and activities to do, highly recommended!
Guest access
The condominium has a large pool, around it sunbeds, as well as a palapa where you can grill and enjoy a day in Cancun as if it were your own home.
The green areas are wide and is next to a very beautiful sweetwater lagoon canal. If you wish, we can lend you a kayak to go look around the lagoon canals and enjoy an unforgettable experience.
