The home was designed to live in harmony with its surroundings. Natural materials like tropical wood and traditional chukum finishes blend effortlessly with the coastal landscape. Large openings invite constant ocean breezes, and every bedroom faces the sea, allowing you to wake up to light, wind, and the sound of waves.
One of the most special aspects of Blanca is something you don’t immediately see — the entire home runs on 100% renewable solar energy. It was thoughtfully built to operate independently from the conventional power grid, offering a fully comfortable experience powered entirely by the sun. A rainwater collection and filtration system further supports its sustainable design, making this a space where luxury and responsibility coexist naturally.

The space
The villa, designed to blend with its surroundings, features sustainable architecture with natural materials like tropical wood and chukum.
It has three bedrooms (two king and one queen) with air conditioning, ceiling fans, ensuite bathrooms, hairdryers, and Wi-Fi.
Inside, it offers modern luxury and comfort with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, Apple TV, CD/DVD player, Bose and SONOS sound systems, a bar and lounge, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private plunge pool, cocktail deck, and covered dining areas with ocean views.
Guest access
Guest have access to the entire Villa and its outside areas.
